Renting a Commercial Property

Commercial Properties currently available for rent are posted below. Please call our office at (805) 963-5945 for more information about a property, and ask for the Commercial Property Manger. They will be able to confirm the status of a property and help you to view spaces which may be available.

In most cases, we require a personal guarantee on Commercial leases. Applicants are asked to complete an application, allow us to run a credit check and sign our Commercial Policies and Procedures.
