Renting a Residential Property

Residential Properties currently available for rent are posted below. Please call our Rental Hotline at (805) 963-8692 for more information about a property or to verify the status of a listing.

Please go to the "Rental Policies and Procedures" portion of our site, which will explain our requirements to rent a property. We do require that you come to our office and check out a key ($20.00 cash deposit, completely refundable) to view the property between the hours of 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 1:00 PM-3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. All persons who will live in the home must personally see the property before applying. Every property is available on a "first come first serve" basis. We process one applicant or group ($40.00 cash, per person) at a time. That applicant is processed until they pass or fail the qualifying process. Only then do we accept another applicant's money and proceed with a new applicant.
