Keys may be checked out during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to NOON and 1:00 to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. In most cases pets are NOT allowed. If they are allowed, an extra deposit is required, $250 for each cat and $300 for each dog. There is a non-refundable application fee of $40 cash for the verification of your records and the processing of a credit check. One application is processed at a time on a first come first served basis. Feel free to drive by and if interested you may pick up a key at The Laurel Company at 146 E. During the Covid-19 crisis we have closed our office to the public however you may still contact us during normal business hours by calling our answering service at 1- 805-963-5945 and leave a message with our answering service that will be dispatched to our staff to set up access to view available properties on the rental market as Laura has been scheduling appointments as available with her remote scheduling
