Peterson, and merged wiith BRISTOL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT in 2021, THE LAUREL COMPANY is one of the first real property asset management firms in Central California.  The Laurel Company portfolio includes single-family residences, condominiums and multi-family residential, shopping centers, mini-storage, commercial office, retail and industrial space. Our current portfolio exceeds $100,000,000 in value and is growing.
